Who we are

Marktreif is an Amazon-Europe listing localization and compliance service operated by Gabriel Rodriguez. For any privacy question, or to access or delete your data, email hello@markt-reif.com. We are the controller responsible for the data described below.

What we collect, and why

• Your email address — when you submit a form to request a free guide or course PDF. We use it to send you the resource and occasional related lessons. Legal basis: your consent.
• The content of messages you send us — e.g. a listing you email for a free sample, or any enquiry. We use it only to respond and to do the work you asked for. Legal basis: steps taken at your request / our legitimate interest in replying.
• Basic technical data — like the IP address and request logs your browser sends automatically, handled by our hosting provider for security and to serve the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Google Workspace — our email (the address above runs on Google).
• Google Fonts — loaded to display the site's typography, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and may transmit your IP address when you visit.

These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA (including the United States) under the appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you want to hear from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or by emailing us — and we'll delete it. Enquiry and listing content is kept only as long as needed to do the work or for our records, then removed on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or port it elsewhere — and you can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@markt-reif.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting people already on our list will be communicated by email.
