In Germany, if a test or seal is recognizable in your listing, you must show a clear source reference (the publication and issue) right next to it — or it's a misleading omission under § 5a UWG and an Abmahnung waiting to happen (settled by the BGH in case I ZR 134/20). You don't even have to be lying: a genuine test, shown wrong, is enough. The course gives you a three-gate test to make any claim compliant — or cut it — in under a minute.
